$10 million Scratcher Lottery Ticket sold in Cameron Park - Winner a Mystery

A California Lottery player decided to go for the gold on the new $30 California Gold Scratchers and won $10 million!

The odds of winning the $10 million jackpot are about 1 in every 3,009,060.

Kulbir Grewal purchased the winning ticket at Vineyard Market, which is located at 2643 Cameron Park Drive in Cameron Park.

The big winner has declined media requests for interviews.  There are a few people in the Sacramento area with the name Kulbir Grewal but the identity of the winner in a mystery.

Vineyard Market is now listed as a Lucky Retailer on the California Lottery website, thanks to Grewal’s jackpot. 

In a recent Yelp review Kathy F.`wrote, "I am very impressed by the Family that runs this Business. They bend over backwards to help make the 'Little hole in the wall' over here.. the neatest place to get produce..and other things..."

The California Lottery press release states that 98 players won $1 million or more in FY 2015-16. Approximately $1.59 billion was given to schools during the same period, according to the lottery’s website.

The $30 California Gold Scratchers includes eight bonus spots with another 38 chances to win up to $10 million.
