Aaron Palm, new Oak Ridge High School Principal

[by Rachael Osborn] The El Dorado Union High School District (EDUHSD) is pleased to announce that during their regularly scheduled board meeting on April 26, 2016, the EDUHSD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the selection of Aaron Palm as the new principal of Oak Ridge High School effective July 1, 2016.

Mr. Palm was selected from a competitive pool of final candidates who all went through a rigorous selection process that consisted of two rounds of interviews and interactions with staff, student, and parent focus groups. Mr. Palm comes to the position with twelve years of administrative experience including: Interim Principal at Oak Ridge High School, Director of Educational Options and Innovations (EDUHSD), Assistant Principal at Oak Ridge High School, and Dean of Students at Branham High School (Campbell Union High School District).
