Bistro 33 closes after 10-year run in El Dorado Hills Town Center

Bistro 33 in El Dorado Hills celebrated New Year’s Eve with a “Bye 2017” party and then said goodbye to its space by shutting down.

The restaurant's Facebook page confirms the closure, which is effective immediately. In a post on Jan. 2, the business thanked customers for their patronage.

The Facebook page for the El Dorado Hills Town Center, where Bistro 33 was located, also confirms the closure. “We would like to thank Bistro 33 El Dorado Hills for a fabulous 10-year run at Town Center,” its post says.

GM at Poor Red's, Steve Anderly, says Chef Dean Hiatt calls to hire 29 kitchen employees

The Executive Chef of Poor Red's BBQ is looking to hire at least 29 kitchen employees for the re-opening in April. 

Applications can be submitted at or at their job fair at Poor Red's on March 7.

The website says: "We are currently looking to hire Managers, Chefs, bartenders, servers and cocktailers to help us get our awesome venue up and running early 2016!  Please apply if you are well qualified, organized and experienced in the field of restaurant hospitality."
