Michael Horn, 32, of Fair Oaks, and Ramon Castro, 28, of Sacramento were arrested after a woman showed up at a Target in El Dorado Hills claiming that she was kidnapped, held hostage and raped, El Dorado County sheriff's officials said Wednesday.

The victim told her story to a Target employee at 7:45 p.m. on Friday and reported that the men were last seen in the Target parking lot in the El Dorado Hills Town Center.

The crime happened over a 24-hour period in a motel room at the Motel 6 in Cameron Park, according to the sheriff's office.

Deputies began investigating and the victim gave a description and the identity of the two suspects.

Horn was arrested later Friday in the Town Center parking lot in El Dorado Hills, and Castro was arrested the same day at the In-N-Out off East Bidwell Street in Folsom.

Castro was booked into the El Dorado County Jail on charges of oral copulation, rape, sodomy, a gang enhancement and two felony no-bail warrants out of Sacramento County, the sheriff's office said. Castro is a documented gang member out of Sacramento.

Horn was arrested for a no-bail warrant out of Sacramento, officials said.

The investigation is ongoing.
