The Center Welcomes Francie Heim Back to Their Board of Directors

by Placerville Newswire / Nov 13, 2017 / comments

The Center for Violence-Free Relationships is thrilled to announce the return of Francie Heim to our Board of Directors.

"Francie first served on the board over 20 years ago, when she first moved to El Dorado County. As Deputy Superintendent of El Dorado County Office of Education, she  welcomed the chance to serve as a liaison between the Center and the education community. Francie's second stint serving on the board ended in 2012, when her family's  health issues caused her to re-prioritize time and commitments."
"When the Center found themselves with an unplanned vacancy recently, I was delighted to fill in temporarily until the new board recruitment process was completed."  Francie brings a valuable skillset to the board with  expertise in budget and finance.  "I look forward to assisting the Center in developing transparent budget policies, procedures, and best practices to support and further enhance the work that they are  doing." "It is an honor to be of service to the Center as a board member."

Francie Heim has served on several volunteer Boards including the local Boys & Girls Club.
