Week 1 - February 5 
Pancha Kosha Meditation: This guided meditation relaxes and quiets the mind, layer by layer. Breath work: Alternate nostril breathing.

Week 2 - February 12
Transforming Emotions: This meditation helps transform negative emotions and stress into peace and relaxation. Breath work Energizing Breathing technique 

Week 3 - February 19 
Om Meditation: Om means peace, Om means love. Meditate with the primordial sound. Breath work: Harmonizing breathing technique. 

Week 4 - February 26 
Aura Meditation: A method to cleanse your bodys energy field and calm the mind for relaxation and rejuvenation. Breath work: Review of all the breathing techniques.
