Governor Brown Appointments includes a Director at the El Dorado County Office of Education

Elizabeth (Betty) Connolly, 61, of Fair Oaks, has been reappointed to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, where she has served since 2012. Ms. Connolly has been with the El Dorado County Office of Education for over 30 years, first as a School Psychologist and later as a Program Specialist and Principal.

Connolly has been director at the El Dorado County Office of Education since 2014. 

Connolly has been a licensed educational psychologist in private practice since 1989.  Betty is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and has done extensive training throughout the State in behavior and autism. Betty is a past president of the California Association of School Psychologists and was appointed to the Board in August, 2012.

This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem. Connolly is a Democrat.
