Pet store giving away 3 months of food with adoptions

by Placerville Newswire / Apr 30, 2016 / comments

Pet Station will give away a three-month supply of pet food to anyone who adopts a dog or cat on Saturday at the SPCA of Northern Nevada, Nevada Humane Society and Pet Network Humane Society. The promotion is in conjunction with National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day.

“We love to give back to the local shelters as much as we can,” Marshall Grattan, co-owner of Pet Station, said in a release. “Adopt a Shelter Pet Day lets us not only give back to the shelters but also to the people that are adopting a new pet, maybe their first pet, and we love to be part of that big step.”

Pet Station has locations in Spanish Springs, Gardnerville, South Lake, Tahoe City, Incline and Truckee.
