Red Hawk Casino Re-Opening With Additional Safety Precautions in Place.

The Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians tribal leadership and casino management team have been in close contact with appropriate agencies regarding the latest guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will be including a stringent list of precautions in order to reopen for casino guests to enjoy their favorite games. In an effort to provide the safest environment for team members and guests the below guidelines will be in place. A full and comprehensive health and safety plan can be found online at

Request that guests maintain six feet social distancing from other casino guests not residing in the same household.

Requiring temperature checks with thermal cameras of guests and team members at all casino entrances.

Requiring face masks or face coverings for guests and team members  Reduce the number of open slot machines and seating at table games.

Providing additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the casino  Implementing casino-wide chip cleaning.

Cleaning and sanitizing commonly touched surfaces with higher frequency  Guests can request additional sanitation directly at the slot machines.

Retraining all team members on proper hand washing and sanitizing procedures  Reducing seating in restaurants and utilizing disposable paper menus.

No self-serve food or beverages.

The health and safety of guests and team members remains the top priority, and the casino will be including all necessary measures to ensure guests can have a safe and healthy experience.
