El Dorado Hills -  Attorney Roland Tiemann announced today he will be a candidate for Judge of the El Dorado County Superior Court in June 2016. “Every six years the voters have the opportunity to evaluate our court’s judges.  On the bench, I will be decisive, fair to all who appear, and tough on crime. I have lived in the county for 38 years and understand the issues we face locally. I am honored to have the support of local judges, attorneys and law enforcement.

Judge Steven C. Bailey said, “I have known Roland Tiemann for 10 years and wholeheartedly endorse him for Judge because he is a sound decision maker. He has the rare ability to take complex legal issues, boil them down, and analyze all the components of a case in a timely manner.

Bailey continued, “Roland’s extensive training in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, physiology and genetics demonstrates his strong mind, and he also instructs attorneys regarding complex legal issues. This strong combination, along with his wealth of experience, makes Roland Tiemann an ideal and highly qualified candidate for Judge in El Dorado County.

Tiemann graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a pre-medical degree in the Biological Sciences and is a graduate of Lincoln Law School, whose alumni includes 11 other California judges.
