San Mateo County manager’s retirement brings him to El Dorado Hills

This month Maltbie says it’s really over. He’s retiring for good since his wife, Greta Helm, also is retiring from her job as Senior Advisor for Business Development and Innovation at the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority; the retirement home they bought at Serrano in El Dorado Hills is completely remodeled; and he’s selling the family home in San Jose...

Not so coincidentally, both houses are on golf courses ...
