(InEDC)<\/strong> \u2014 El Dorado County and regional partners are rolling out a coordinated <strong data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1633\">\u201cproject pipeline\u201d<\/strong> to bolster the health of the Upper American River watershed, a critical source of water supply, habitat and recreation that stretches from the Sierra Nevada high country into downstream communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"2330\">The initiative builds on the <strong data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1905\">Upper American River Watershed Program<\/strong>, led by the <strong data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"1951\">El Dorado Water Agency (EDWA)<\/strong> and supported by a broad coalition of local agencies, conservation districts, tribal governments and federal and state partners.
