The night broke early on Lewis Street when Marina Mendezlueras was taken in on suspicion of domestic violence, simple battery, and drunk disorderly conduct, bail set at $54,000.
By midday on Broadway, Paul Goss Sr. landed in cuffs on narcotics possession, suspended license, and a double hit of DUI counts.
Over on Placerville Drive, Jeremy Lacey was booked without bail on a straight probation violation\u2014no frills, no second chances.
