The journey began with the couple’s roots in the plant world. Billy, a horticulturalist, and Jamie, a biologist, initially found themselves creating living plant walls in the Bay Area. The pandemic served as a catalyst, prompting their return to El Dorado County, where they constructed a 3,000-square-foot greenhouse on family property, intertwining their home and brewing dreams.<\/p>\n

Paninis, served on bread sourced from Sacramento-based Grateful Bread, and on-tap wine from Crystal Basin Cellars in Camino, showcase the brewery’s commitment to supporting hyper-local businesses. Plans for the future include the addition of nitro cold brew from World Traveler Coffee Roasters.<\/p>\n
