The ruling, issued on March 13, 2025, deemed a key provision of the measure unconstitutional, effectively nullifying the entire ordinance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"522\"><strong data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"522\">Background on Measure T<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"911\">Measure T was narrowly passed by South Lake Tahoe voters in November 2018.
