SHINGLE SPRINGS, Calif. \u2014 New Hope Fellowship opened \u201cThe Barn,\u201d a new youth and community event space, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, at 2 p.m. The celebration at 3838 Ponderosa Road<\/strong> invited neighbors, church members and local business leaders to see the facility intended for youth programs and community gatherings.<\/p>\n

The single-story, barn-style building \u2014 promoted by the church as the<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cYouth & Event Barn\u201d or simply \u201cThe Barn\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u2014 will serve as a flexible meeting area for New Hope\u2019s children\u2019s and student ministries and is being positioned for broader community use. Promotional posts and a short video shared by the fellowship show the interior finish, seating areas and a small stage area that church leaders say will host classes, worship nights and civic gatherings.<\/p>\n

Organizers and the Shingle Springs\/Cameron Park Chamber of Commerce used social media to publicize the event; the chamber\u2019s announcement described the event as the \u201cGrand Opening of THE BARN\u201d and listed the ribbon-cutting time and address.
