EL DORADO COUNTY SHERIFF ARRESTS \u2014 OCTOBER 9, 2025<\/strong> The night kicked off in Cameron Park where Nicholas Dartagnan Dumas<\/strong>, 33, met the cuffs outside 3380 Coach Lane just past 10:30 p.m. Deputies say Dumas, deep in his cups, tangled with law enforcement before being booked on charges of resisting arrest and public intoxication. Two hours later, at 2:15 a.m., Alvin Phillip Turner<\/strong>, 42, was picked up on Cameron Park Drive \u2014 a fugitive from justice with more warrants than he could count and bail north of two hundred grand. Midmorning saw Paul Carter Bauer<\/strong>, 39, pulled from Sacramento County Jail and hauled back to El Dorado on a supervision violation.<\/p>\n By lunchtime, Richard Francis Brown<\/strong>, 45, was in custody at Missouri Flat Road for the same kind of parole trouble \u2014 both men apparently out of second chances. Later in the day, South Lake Tahoe police took in Shannon Cecilia June Simpson<\/strong>, 29, accused of endangering a child under her care at a Lake Tahoe Boulevard address.
