Less than an hour later, Kraig Robert Prust<\/strong> was pulled from behind the wheel on Marshall Road, drunk on defiance, booked for driving on a suspended license and resisting deputies. At Red Hawk Casino, Donald Stanley Rey Jr.<\/strong> traded luck for handcuffs after a stash of controlled substances turned up in his pocket. Morning bled into daylight when Richard Christopher Hopkins<\/strong> wrecked more than his night \u2014 charged with DUI and vandalism on El Dorado Road. By midmorning, James Allen Brown<\/strong> checked into county housing under a flash incarceration order, a regular guest on the revolving door program. Noon brought another drunk to the list \u2014 Jesus Joe Garay<\/strong>, picked up by CHP along Highway 193 near Twin Pines Loop, blood alcohol climbing higher than the pines themselves. Afternoon didn\u2019t cool down; Joshua Clinton Koelzer<\/strong> was extradited from Carson County, stacking felonies for grand theft, dope, and dirty tags, while Dawn Leigh Allen<\/strong> got tagged for meth and a suspended license on Rontree Lane. The day closed in iron and sirens \u2014 Anthony Taravella<\/strong> booked on four felonies for stolen wheels and forged papers, and Lauren Bond<\/strong> returned to jail on a probation bust as Dakota Segura<\/strong> wrapped up the night with a DUI on Palmira Avenue.<\/p>\n
