April 19, 2026)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"899\">EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. \u2014 Students from Union Mine High School\u2019s Future Farmers of America chapter posted a series of strong finishes at the 2026 Fresno State Field Day, one of California\u2019s largest agricultural education competitions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1100\">Held April 18 at <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology<\/span><\/span>, the annual event drew more than 1,800 students from 152 chapters statewide to compete in 19 career development events, according to organizers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1358\">Union Mine FFA\u2019s Poultry Judging Team led the way locally, placing eighth overall.
