April 23, 2026<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"15nkktp\" data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"534\">SACRAMENTO \u2014<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"708\">A statewide taxpayer advocacy organization has entered California\u2019s 3rd Congressional District race, endorsing candidate Christine Bish ahead of the June 2 primary election.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"944\">The California Taxpayer Protection Committee announced its unanimous support this week, backing <a href=\"http:\/\/inedc.com\/26\/government\/bish-secures-influential-taxpayer-endorsement-in-competitive-ca-3-race\/\">Bish<\/a>, a financial investigator and businesswoman, as the contest intensifies across a district that includes portions of El Dorado County.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1220\">\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/inedc.com\/24\/government\/republican-christine-bish-switches-to-californias-3rd-congressional-district-race-after-kevin-kiley-leaves-gop\/\">Christine Bish<\/a> is a financial investigator with real-world experience exposing fraud,\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1220\">said Tom Hudson, president of the organization.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1220\">\u201cAt a time of unprecedented waste, fraud and abuse in government programs, we need proven fraud fighters like Christine Bish in Congress.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1511\">The endorsement adds to a growing list of support from taxpayer-focused and conservative organizations.
