Four candidates are currently competing for the position.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1886\">Clark\u2019s largest reported contribution came from Parlin herself, who donated $2,500 to the campaign in February. Other notable donors included Coloma business owner Arnie Chandola, Placerville executive Laura Jensen and Lotus resident Richard Weiss, each contributing about $1,000.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"2136\">The filing reflects a donor base heavily concentrated in El Dorado County communities including Placerville, Coloma, Shingle Springs, Pilot Hill and Camino, while also drawing support from Sacramento-area attorneys, consultants and state employees.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2218\">Campaign spending remained comparatively restrained during the reporting period.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2262\">The committee\u2019s largest expenses included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2492\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1j3xwcg\" data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2356\">$1,487.81 in candidate filing and ballot fees paid to <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">El Dorado County Elections<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nnhs82\" data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2384\">$1,350 for campaign signs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"svhone\" data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2492\">Smaller expenditures tied to campaign literature, thank-you notes, fundraising events and civic donations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2619\">The campaign reported no spending on polling, television, radio advertising or campaign consultants during the filing period.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2621\" data-end=\"2855\">Instead, the operation appeared to rely heavily on volunteer labor and in-kind support. Among the nonmonetary contributions reported were photography services, campaign event hosting, vehicle use for advertising and campaign T-shirts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"2987\">One unpaid expense remained outstanding at the end of the reporting period \u2014 $105.19 owed for website domain and hosting services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3252\">Clark\u2019s campaign website describes the candidate as \u201ca father and school board leader raised in El Dorado County\u201d focused on preserving rural character, strengthening public safety and promoting community-centered leadership.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3254\" data-end=\"3490\">Under California law, Form 460 filings are required for recipient committees to disclose campaign contributions and expenditures.
