Following her report, the City of Placerville confirmed that the individual was trespassed from the facility, preventing him from returning to the aquatic center.<\/p>\n

While city officials have not indicated that a crime occurred or announced any criminal charges, they say staff took the report seriously and acted to address concerns about patron safety.<\/p>\n
