The correspondence, co-signed by Congressman Tim Walberg (R-MI), Chair of the Education and Workforce Committee, seeks clarification on CIF&#8217;s policies that allegedly permit<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;biological males to compete in female athletics.&#8221; \u200b<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This action follows President Donald Trump&#8217;s executive order signed on February 5, 2025, which prohibits transgender women and girls from participating in female sports at educational institutions receiving federal funding.
