Most Serious Arrests: The Pleasant Valley Bust
When deputies rolled up to 680 Pleasant Valley Road Thursday morning, they expected a routine check — what they got was a small armory with a side of narcotics. Spencer O’Brien Vine, already under post-release supervision, and Isis Patriciamarie Jiron were caught with methamphetamine, marijuana for sale, and multiple controlled substances. A loaded firearm, ammunition, and evidence of a trafficking setup were seized on the spot. Both were booked on a stack of felony counts — conspiracy, possession for sale, transportation of controlled substances, and armed possession — with bail set sky-high at $790,000 for Vine and $600,000 for Jiron. The bust marks one of the largest multi-charge arrests in the county’s November blotter and underscores the sheriff’s ongoing crackdown on armed narcotics networks operating along the Pleasant Valley corridor.
