FOLSOM, Calif. The contributions from IPA Region 29 have been instrumental in enhancing the chaplaincies’ ability to provide emotional, mental, and spiritual support to law enforcement officers, professional staff, and their families. These organizations play a crucial role in assisting first responders and community members during times of crisis and trauma.

Sierra Chaplaincy serves first responders and citizens in the City of Folsom, El Dorado County, and Amador County, offering support to those dealing with emotional and spiritual trauma.

Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy operates as a field service ministry, providing care to law enforcement members, their families, and Placer County residents.

Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Sacramento, established in 1977, comprises volunteer chaplains who act as trauma responders for first responders, their families, and the communities they serve.

A recent post by Sierra Chaplaincy highlighted the impact of IPA Region 29’s support, stating, “Your donations go towards training and tools for our volunteer chaplains to equip them to serve law enforcement, fire, and our community.”

The International Police Association is a worldwide organization fostering global friendships among law enforcement professionals. Region 29, encompassing Northern California, has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to supporting law enforcement agencies and their auxiliary services.

The support from IPA Region 29 underscores the importance of community partnerships in bolstering the well-being of those who serve and protect.
