As El Dorado County voters prepare to consider the proposed Emergency Preparedness, Healthcare Access, and Wildfire Prevention Initiative, one question is likely to dominate public discussion:<\/p>\n
Who actually benefits from the measure?<\/strong><\/p>\n The resolution adopted by the El Dorado County Fire Protection District argues that the proposal is designed to strengthen an interconnected public safety system that includes wildfire prevention, emergency response and healthcare.
