El Dorado County Sheriff ARRESTS BLOTTER for Nov 21 2025
Spencer James McCormick was picked up late Thursday on Pony Express Trail after deputies say they found dope on him and learned he’d violated probation again.
He was booked on a pair of misdemeanor narcotics raps and two felony probation violations, landing him back in a cell before midnight.
Thang Quoc Nguyen was collared Friday afternoon at Redhawk Parkway on suspicion of identity fraud in a high-dollar swindle case.
Investigators slapped him with a felony 530.5 violation and a source-of-bail hold, stacking his bail at a sky-high $4 million.
Martin Omar Hernandezcortez was brought in from Placer County, accused of cruising on a license suspended for DUI.
Deputies say the misdemeanor cost him a $10,000 ticket to stay behind bars.
From the Placer County Jail, Jesse Dean Orr was transferred back to El Dorado for allegedly breaking a domestic-violence court order.
He sits on $30,000 bail as investigators sort the details.
