A DUI arrest near River and Palmira put one driver behind bars shortly after 1 a.m. Parole officers caught up with a felony parole violator on Tahoe Keys Boulevard before noon. No bail was offered, a familiar ending for repeat offenders. Armstrong Avenue later saw a domestic battery arrest involving a dating relationship. Bail was set at $7,500. Alcohol and old patterns appeared again and again. Different addresses, same story. Tahoe ended the year with lights flashing and cuffs clicking shut.
