EL DORADO HILLS
The night opened with a trespass call at a luxury car dealership, the kind of place that locks up tight after dark. Repo crews stayed busy before dawn, and loitering calls stacked up along El Dorado Hills Boulevard and Valley View Parkway. Verbal disputes broke out at a private academy and later near Latrobe Road, where a petty theft was reported. Multiple identity theft reports rolled in throughout the afternoon, suggesting paperwork crimes replacing old-fashioned smash-and-grabs. Most suspects were gone by the time deputies arrived.
CAMERON PARK
Cameron Park logged a burglary to a vehicle, a grand theft, and vandalism at an apartment complex before the sun dipped low. Starbucks saw a loiterer cited early, then another vanished before deputies arrived later in the day. Suspicious subjects and vehicle stops dotted the afternoon hours. A late-night suspicious circumstances call ended with no contact.
PLACERVILLE
Placerville stayed hot from morning to night, with repeated suspicious vehicle stops along Missouri Flat Road. Trespass calls hit Walmart twice, and a burglary-in-progress at a Pleasant Valley Road mobile home park ended with an arrest. Identity theft reports and verbal disturbances kept patrol units moving. The day closed with a battery report on Highland Circle.
SOMERSET / RESCUE / SHINGLE SPRINGS
Schools in Somerset and Rescue drew suspicious-circumstance calls, all cleared with assistance. Civil standbys and information exchanges filled the midday hours. Deputies handled disturbances without arrests.
POLLOCK PINES / GEORGETOWN / SOUTH LAKE TAHOE
Pollock Pines saw identity theft reports, a domestic violence call, and two battery-related incidents near Pony Express Trail. Georgetown logged a repossession without incident. In South Lake Tahoe, deputies took a report at a tent defense camp near Jameson Beach.
