EL DORADO COUNTY SHERIFF’S ARREST BLOTTER

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE
South Lake Tahoe kept deputies and city police busy March 2 with a string of arrests centered on Al Tahoe and Lake Tahoe boulevards. Ivan Matthew Belardo and Quinn Anthony Johnson were picked up separately on Al Tahoe Boulevard on suspicion of DUI over 0.08 percent. Leo Jose Flores was arrested at the same location later that morning on suspicion of misdemeanor grand theft by servant. Kelly Jacob Talbot was taken into custody as a fugitive from justice on a felony warrant. Julene Lorette Long was arrested on Lake Tahoe Boulevard on suspicion of being under the influence while in possession of a firearm, along with loaded carry and drug charges; bail was set at $25,000. Jill Anna Johnson was booked later that night for allegedly violating a protective order, with bail set at $30,000. Bernardo Mariscal Barragan was rearrested at the South Lake Tahoe Jail on a felony probation violation. All subjects were booked into custody and are presumed innocent pending court proceedings.
