El Dorado County (Aug 20, 2024, 2024) – As the excitement builds for the Nor*Cal Posse Shootout/Legends Weekend, racing enthusiasts have plenty to look forward to this Labor Day weekend. Placerville Speedway is set to host a two-night showdown on August 31st and September 1st, with the Winged 360 Sprint Cars taking center stage. Saturday night offers a tantalizing $5,000-to-win purse, while Sunday raises the stakes with an $8,000-to-win finale.

Adding to the thrill, the High Sierra Industries Wingless Spec Sprints will join the action both nights, ensuring a dynamic and competitive atmosphere. Legends Night, now expanded to a double-header, celebrates the rich heritage of the speedway, blending nostalgia with high-octane racing in what is now known as Legends Night(s) “The Epic Double.”
