The seller, an Oregon-based investment group, transferred the ground lease ownership as part of a 1031 exchange. Despite the change in ownership, Dutch Bros continues its operations at this location, maintaining its reputation for quality coffee and customer service.

The Cameron Park Dutch Bros, which opened in July 2024, replaced a former Sizzler restaurant at the same site. The drive-thru coffee shop operates from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, extending its hours to 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Customers have praised the friendly staff and quality of the coffee at this location.

For more information, including the full menu and upcoming promotions, you can visit the official Dutch Bros website.
