(Feb. 26, 2025) — Boring Rose Brewing Co., a family-owned brewery based in Shingle Springs with a popular tasting room in El Dorado Hills Town Center, achieved remarkable success at the 2025 El Dorado County Fair Commercial Beer Competition. The brewery secured a total of 15 medals, including four golds, six silvers, and five bronzes, showcasing their dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
