The closure follows the 2021 acquisition of the property by Oracle founder Larry Ellison, sparking speculation about future developments on the lakefront site. While specific plans have not been disclosed, the resort’s general manager stated,

“We honor the legacy of Lone Eagle Grille as we embark on a new era.”

The Lone Eagle Grille was celebrated for its upscale dining experience, featuring dishes crafted from local ingredients and an extensive wine list curated by expert sommeliers. Its ambiance, highlighted by rustic decor and panoramic lake views, made it a favored destination for both locals and visitors.

As of now, the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe has not provided details regarding the future of the space formerly occupied by the Lone Eagle Grille. Guests and community members are encouraged to stay tuned for updates on upcoming developments at the resort.
