(April 8, 2025) — Mikuni Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar has officially opened its doors in El Dorado Hills Town Center, marking the esteemed chain’s tenth location in the Greater Sacramento region. The new establishment is located at 4361 Town Center Blvd., Suite 111, in the space formerly occupied by Aji Japanese Bistro. ​

The restaurant is currently hosting a soft opening, offering patrons a 20% discount on April 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The grand opening is scheduled for April 9. ​
