Joshua David Spencer’s night ended behind bars after deputies booked him at Forni Road for driving under the influence — two misdemeanor counts, both alcohol-related.
At 3:02 a.m., deputies rolled up on Garrack Road and found Candice Darlene Moran with drugs, a probation violation, and a county storage beef — bail stacked to $39,500.
By mid-morning, Laine Anthony Morton was transferred from Douglas County, slapped with a felony count for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Around lunchtime, Roger Joseph Lucero III was hauled out of Carson City Jail to face El Dorado charges for felony domestic violence, his bail set at $100,000.
South Lake Tahoe police picked up Heather Marie Johnson at 1352 Johnson Avenue, booked for felony identity theft, her bail tagged at twenty grand.
By mid-afternoon, deputies logged Tyler Brandon Tofanelli, accused of trying to dissuade a witness — a serious felony with a $300,000 bail marker.
Placerville police handled Elena Lenore Leon after she got disorderly with the bottle on Main Street; she slept it off in the tank, bail at zero.
As night fell, Gary Barkman got pinched on Missouri Flat Road — probation violation and vehicle theft, bail clocking in at $40,000 — and just before midnight, CHP collared Jose Eduardo Aragonzamora on Rufus Allen for a double-shot DUI
