PLACERVILLE, Calif. — El Dorado County’s vibrant arts scene is gaining national recognition, with local artists and emerging talents making significant strides beyond the Sierra foothills. Steve Holler: From Design to Fine Art

El Dorado Hills resident Steve Holler, a former international creative director, has transitioned into a celebrated fine artist. His acrylic paintings have been featured in “AcrylicWorks 6: The Best of Acrylic Painting,” published by North Light Books. Barbara Nilsson: A Legacy in Printmaking
