PLACERVILLE, Calif. — El Dorado County’s vibrant arts scene is gaining national recognition, with local artists and emerging talents making significant strides beyond the Sierra foothills. From prestigious exhibitions to national publications, these artists are showcasing the county’s rich creative spirit.​

Steve Holler: From Design to Fine Art

El Dorado Hills resident Steve Holler, a former international creative director, has transitioned into a celebrated fine artist. His acrylic paintings have been featured in “AcrylicWorks 6: The Best of Acrylic Painting,” published by North Light Books. Barbara Nilsson: A Legacy in Printmaking
