Williams boasts an impressive academic background, holding both an MA/BA in Public Administration from Whittier College and a PhD in Administration/Information Systems from UCLA. Williams has lent his expertise to prestigious institutions such as the National Center for Atmospheric Research, where he managed enterprise IT security, risk management, and compliance operations.

At Kaiser Permanente, a leading national healthcare provider, Williams served as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing national IT security policies and standards. His tenure was marked by initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and SOX, as well as managing infrastructure projects crucial to the organization’s operations.

As the Managing Partner/Program Lead at Enterprise Certified Corporation, Williams played a pivotal role in assisting entities in achieving compliance with regulations such as FISMA, HIPAA, and PCI. He spearheaded projects for various clients, including federal agencies and educational institutions, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability across different sectors.

Prior to his roles in consultancy, Williams founded and led several successful ventures, including Manakoa Services Corporation/Secure Logistix Corporation and Decathlon Data Systems. His entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his technical acumen, enabled him to navigate mergers, develop innovative products, and secure patents.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Williams is recognized for his contributions to the community, having served as a volunteer firefighter and medical first responder. His involvement with organizations such as the Leukemia Society of America reflects his commitment to social causes.
