EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. — Barrel and Bliss, a new wine bar, is set to open its doors on June 13, 2025, in the El Dorado Hills Town Center. The establishment will occupy Suite 110 at 4364 Town Center Blvd, previously home to the Sassy Sapphire Boutique.
The wine bar aims to offer a curated selection of wines, craft beers, mocktails, and gourmet food pairings. According to its website, Barrel and Bliss emphasizes
