EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. (Feb. 26, 2025) — Boring Rose Brewing Co., a family-owned brewery based in Shingle Springs with a popular tasting room in El Dorado Hills Town Center, achieved remarkable success at the 2025 El Dorado County Fair Commercial Beer Competition. The brewery secured a total of 15 medals, including four golds, six silvers, and five bronzes, showcasing their dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

  • Carbondale Pale Ale: A balanced pale ale with subtle malt and hop notes.​

  • Stampede Stout: A robust stout with deep roasted flavors.​

The brewery also received five bronze medals for:​

  • El Dorado Hills IPA: An IPA named after the brewery’s hometown.​

  • Lost Horizon Hazy: A hazy IPA with juicy hop flavors.​

  • Clouds Rest Hazy: Another hazy IPA offering a smooth mouthfeel.​

  • Lazy River (South Fork Hazy): A hazy IPA inspired by local waterways.​

  • Cawdor Scotch Ale: A rich and malty Scottish-style ale.​
