His industry experience began in 1997 as a dealer at Turtle Creek Casino in Michigan, leading to management roles at Greektown Casino-Hotel in Detroit, Four Winds Casinos in Indiana, and Red Hawk Casino in California.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dice holds a business management degree from the University of Maryland Global. Outside the gaming floor, he and his wife, Jennifer, are actively involved in youth sports and educational causes. Dice’s new role at The STRAT reflects Golden Entertainment’s confidence in his ability to guide the landmark property into a new era of guest experience and growth.
