EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. — A two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and a silver SUV occurred Saturday afternoon on U.S. Highway 50 West near the Latrobe Road exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at approximately 12:54 p.m. The SUV, believed to be a Hyundai or Honda, sustained damage to its right front fender. Emergency responders arrived promptly to assist and secure the area.
Authorities have not confirmed the extent of any injuries resulting from the crash. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
Motorists traveling through the area experienced temporary delays as crews worked to clear the scene. No further details have been released at this time.
The California Highway Patrol is urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has relevant information to come forward.
