The night shift stayed busy from Big Canyon to Boeing Road as deputies and city cops hauled in suspects on charges ranging from elder abuse to felony DUI. Shawn Alan Watkins was booked after deputies answered a call on Big Canyon and arrested him on suspicion of aggravated abuse against an elder or dependent adult. Jonathan Adrian Hernandez landed in cuffs on Pony Express Trail after deputies said he resisted officers and assaulted a peace officer during the confrontation. A narcotics sweep on Coach Lane ended with Franklin Rodger McCall and Megan Irene McCall both booked on controlled substance and paraphernalia charges, with Franklin McCall also facing a probation violation hold. Placerville Police picked up William Luther Branson on Tunnel Street on felony narcotics charges and allegations he failed to register a concurrent address as required by law. Deputies in the Town Center area arrested Michael Benjamin Myers on felony and misdemeanor probation violation warrants carrying a combined $50,000 bail. Glen David Kinion was booked into Placerville Jail on allegations of DUI causing bodily injury along with child endangerment after what authorities described as an alcohol-related crash case. Katherine Renee Hare was arrested on Boeing Road on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery, while another probation violation arrest out of Yuba County brought Alexzandria Killian back into the El Dorado County system.
