Cameron Park (Sept 23, 2024) – A long-vacant office building in Cameron Park is set to be replaced by a new Taco Bell, marking a shift in the local landscape. The office building, which has sat unused for some time, will be demolished to make room for the fast-food chain’s relocation from its current spot. The decision comes as part of a broader effort to revitalize the area and increase foot traffic, especially along the nearby shopping centers. This new Taco Bell will likely feature modern upgrades and a refreshed design, fitting with Taco Bell’s recent brand updates. Local residents and commuters may see construction starting soon.

A vacant office building at 3371 Coach Lane in Cameron Park is set to be demolished to make way for a new Taco Bell location. The office building, a 10,976-square-foot structure from 1980, has been vacant and surrounded by fencing in recent years. Taco Bell’s current location across the street, at 3382 Coach Lane, is owned by a neighboring shopping center, and its lease is set to expire by the end of the year. Property owner JAS Properties LLC, which acquired the office building in 2023 for $1.05 million, is behind the project.
