(INEDC) El Dorado County Sheriff ARRESTS  PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA Oct 5 2025

It started before dawn in South Lake Tahoe, where Benton Randolph White, 42, was hauled in from Chris Avenue for felony domestic violence, his bail stacked at $50,000.
A few hours later, Daniel Steven Cano, 36, was picked up near White Rock and Clarksville Crossing on a misdemeanor spousal battery, tagged at $7,500 bail.
By midafternoon, deputies met Christina Liann Kindred, 33, off Blue Lakes Road—probation violation, bad registration, and a pocketful of dope landed her back inside.
At roughly the same time, Jolene Elizabeth Mcelroy, 29, turned up on Green Valley Road with a stolen car and a small stash of meth—felony grand theft plus misdemeanor possession.
Later that day in Cameron Park, Noelia Veronica Lizarraga, 31, faced child abuse and domestic battery charges out of Cambridge Road, bail tallied to $22,500.
Evening shadows brought trouble to Blitzen Road, where Steven Forrest Hakala, 40, was booked for unlawful entry and vandalism, a mix of misdemeanor and felony counts.
The night closed back in Tahoe—Abidson Ortega Avilet, 35, collared at Larch Avenue, facing felony corporal injury to a partner, bail posted at $50,000.
By midnight, six cells were full and one long Sunday in El Dorado County had earned its ink on the blotter.
