El Dorado County (Feb 29, 2024) – During a subsequent child pornography investigation from 2023, EDSO Detectives discovered multiple victims of sexual assault. At the completion of their investigation, Detectives authored a search warrant that was executed in the area Rescue where the suspect, Dylan Ryan 23 years of age, was taken into custody. Based on the evidence obtained during the investigation, Detectives have reason to believe that there are numerous additional victims who have yet to be identified.
Dylan Ryan was arrested on February 29th and booked into the El Dorado County Jail on charges of sexual penetration upon a child under 14 years of age against the victims will, oral copulation with a person under the age of 16, kidnapping with the intent to rape, kidnapping or carrying away to commit rape, and two counts of a lewd act with a minor by force of fear. Dylan Ryan is currently being held in the El Dorado County Jail with a status of no bail.
