EL DORADO COUNTY SHERIFF’S BLOTTER — November 8, 2025

The night started wet and mean, the kind that draws out the bad habits and bad luck. Between Cameron Park and Tahoe, the cuffs clinked steady as deputies and CHP hauled in drunks, brawlers, and the lost souls who wouldn’t quit.
At 7:43 p.m., Scott Michael Spong, 42, landed in the tank for DUI on Forni Road — one of four booked there before midnight. Sonia Leevett Davis, 39, followed at 8:00 for driving on a license suspended for a prior DUI. William Nicholaus Drinkard, 33, kept the booking line busy, checked in at 8:48 p.m., same address, same charge.
By 9:34 p.m., Jason Anthony Scalese, 37, got nabbed in Cameron Park for driving over the limit, and Ralph Roberts Jr., 41, wrapped the drunk-driving circuit at 11:50 p.m. on Gold Ridge Trail. In South Lake Tahoe, Bryce Nolan Tye, 28, was found passed out on private property, drunk and uninvited on Winnemucca Avenue.
The night turned darker when John Allen Loiselle, 45, was booked for felony domestic violence at 6:55 p.m. on Lake Tahoe Boulevard. Hours later, Katrina Dromgoole, 34, was cuffed at 9:49 p.m. for aggravated spousal assault on Ski Run Boulevard — both held on $50,000 bail. The wrap-up came at 8:54 p.m., when Diane Julia Veyna, 51, drove under the influence of drugs near Upper Truckee and joined the growing jail roll.
Eight collars. One long night. The county drunk tank hummed like a jukebox in hell.
