RED HAWK / SHINGLE SPRINGS
CHP cuffed Isahak Kurdoglanyan at 1:36 a.m. in the Red Hawk parking garage on a misdemeanor DUI charge.
Later that afternoon, Maneet Singh Sohal was picked up by SSMIPD at Red Hawk Parkway for alcohol-related disorderly conduct.
By early evening, deputies returned to the casino corridor, arresting Dennis James West for drug paraphernalia and a felony post-release supervision violation.
None posted bail.
Three arrests, one strip of pavement, all alcohol or drug tied.

Ring also faces contempt of court and driving without a required interlock device.
