El Dorado County Crime Report: Sunday, October 11, 2026
The calls kept coming Sunday. Noise complaints before dawn. Verbal confrontations through the afternoon. Battery reports, suspicious vehicles and civil disputes scattered across El Dorado County. By nightfall, two incidents had resulted in arrests, including a domestic violence call in Camino.
According to the sheriff’s activity log for October 11, deputies handled calls across El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Shingle Springs, Camino, Pollock Pines, Georgetown, Garden Valley, Somerset, Cameron Park and South Lake Tahoe, among other communities.

Two Arrests Mark Sunday’s Most Serious Calls
The first recorded arrest came at 1:56 a.m. on Hazel Street in Pollock Pines, where deputies responded to a verbal disturbance in progress. The call ended with an arrest, according to the log. No further details were provided.
At 8:49 p.m., deputies responded to a reported domestic violence incident on Norman Way in Camino. That call also resulted in an arrest.
The log does not identify the individuals involved, specify the alleged conduct or indicate what charges, if any, followed either arrest. The domestic violence entry records the nature of the reported call, not a finding of guilt.
Three Battery Calls Reported
Battery-related calls appeared in three separate entries Sunday.
At 12:21 p.m., deputies took a battery report on Mc Neil Road in Shingle Springs. Less than an hour later, at 1:10 p.m., another battery report was taken at Golden Sierra Junior on Garden Valley Road in Garden Valley.
At 10:55 p.m., deputies responded to a battery reported as having just occurred on Pintail Court in El Dorado Hills. The disposition was listed as assisted.
The activity log does not provide details about injuries, suspects, victims or whether any of the battery calls resulted in arrests. The entries should not be interpreted as evidence that the incidents were connected.
Verbal Disturbances Keep Deputies Moving
Verbal disturbances were among the recurring calls throughout the county.
In the early morning hours, deputies responded to calls on Hazel Street in Pollock Pines, Hornblende Road in Georgetown and Mc Neil Road in Shingle Springs. Later reports came from Somerset, El Dorado Hills, Greenwood, Placerville and Camino.
Several calls ended with deputies assisting those involved. Others were resolved without further action, while some could not be resolved through direct contact.
At 12:19 p.m., deputies assisted with a verbal disturbance at Wilson Apartments on Wilson Boulevard in El Dorado Hills. At 1:19 p.m., a disturbance on Bandtail Road in Greenwood resulted in a report being taken.
Calls continued into the evening. Deputies assisted at Crestline Circle in El Dorado Hills at 7:19 p.m. and responded to another verbal disturbance at a 7-Eleven on Missouri Flat Road in Placerville at 10:09 p.m.
The log does not establish whether these incidents involved threats, physical confrontations or ongoing disputes.
Noise Complaints Start Before Dawn
The county’s Sunday activity began with a series of noise complaints.
At 12:22 a.m., deputies received a noise disturbance call near Town Center Boulevard and Vine Street in El Dorado Hills. The disposition was recorded as “1022,” a code commonly used to indicate cancellation.
Six minutes later, deputies responded to a noise complaint on Park Drive in El Dorado Hills, but the reported disturbance was gone on arrival. At 12:29 a.m., a similar call on Mc Neil Road in Shingle Springs ended with deputies unable to assist.
Additional noise complaints followed on Kelley Creek Lane in Rescue and Village Green Drive in El Dorado Hills. By 2:38 p.m., deputies were dealing with another noise disturbance at Garden Valley Park on Garden Valley Road.

Suspicious Activity and Trespassing Reports
Suspicious vehicles and circumstances generated additional calls.
At 8:50 a.m., deputies assisted with a suspicious vehicle report on Concordia Drive in El Dorado Hills. A separate suspicious vehicle report at Cambridge Road and Pasada Road in Cameron Park ended with the vehicle unable to be located.
At 7:16 p.m., a suspicious circumstances call at Red Tag on Clark Street in Placerville ended with the subject or situation gone on arrival, according to the log’s disposition.
In South Lake Tahoe, deputies took a suspicious circumstances report at Crystal Air Drive and Skyline Drive at 9:13 a.m. Later, at 8:26 p.m., deputies assisted with another suspicious circumstances call at the Chevron station in Meyers along U.S. Highway 50.
Trespassing calls also appeared in the log. Deputies checked a report on Dolomite Drive in El Dorado at 2:38 a.m. and assisted with a trespassing call at the 7-Eleven on Missouri Flat Road in Placerville at 8:42 a.m.
The available entries do not establish that the suspicious activity or trespassing calls involved criminal conduct.
Civil Disputes and Other Calls
Civil incidents accounted for a substantial portion of the day’s activity. Deputies recorded calls in Camino, Placerville, Somerset, South Lake Tahoe, Cameron Park and Garden Valley.
Several entries involved service of paperwork or other civil-related action. Others ended with deputies unable to contact the involved parties. A civil standby at Golden Terrace Apartments on Product Drive in Shingle Springs also ended with no contact.
The log additionally included an identity theft report on Dee Jay Way in Camino, a harassment report on Hornblende Road in Georgetown and a vandalism call at Barnett Village Apartments on Market Court in Shingle Springs.
The identity theft entry ended with deputies unable to make contact. The harassment report in Georgetown was taken, while the vandalism call ended with advice provided.
Two vehicle repossession entries were recorded, one on Mount Aukum Road in Somerset and another on Hassler Road in Camino. Both resulted in reports being taken.
A Countywide Snapshot, Not a Complete Case File
