El Dorado County Arrest Blotter: Oct. 1

October 1, 2026

Deputies and officers handled a steady stream of suspicious-subject calls, disturbances, trespassing complaints, harassment reports and theft cases from South Lake Tahoe to Georgetown.

Two calls ended in arrests.

The rest of the day was a familiar police-blotter mix: people gone before officers arrived, disputes that needed sorting out, civil matters, and reports taken for the record.

THE SPOTLIGHT

10:42 a.m. — Cameron Park

A suspicious-vehicle stop at Country Club Drive and Bass Lake Road ended with an arrest.

The log provides no additional details about the underlying charge.

12:53 p.m. — Cameron Park

A domestic-violence incident at Highland Apartments on Knollwood Court resulted in another arrest.

That was the day’s other arrest entry.

Domestic violence also surfaced later in the county. At 1:14 p.m., deputies took a domestic-violence report on Crystal Boulevard in El Dorado.

THEFT ON THE BOOKS

Identity theft reports landed twice.

At 9 a.m., a report was taken on Barney Creek Road in Placerville.

Nine minutes later, another identity-theft report was taken on Shadow Hawk Drive in Shingle Springs.

At 2:55 p.m., deputies took a grand-theft report on Glen Ridge Way in El Dorado Hills.

Three theft-related reports. Three locations. One day.

PLACERVILLE

The county seat saw a steady run of calls.

A suspicious-subject report came from the 711 station on Missouri Flat Road at 2:19 a.m. The subject was gone when officers arrived.

A suspicious-circumstances call came from Pleasant Valley Road at 2:36 a.m. The incident was handled without further action listed.

Harassment was reported on Magnum Lane. A verbal disturbance on Davenport Road generated a report.

Later, Bayside Church on Missouri Flat Road drew another suspicious-subject call. Again, the subject was gone on arrival.

The suspicious-subject calls continued through the day, including Cold Springs Road and Sally Lane, Mulberry Lane, and Tullis Mine Road and Ascella Drive in Diamond Springs.

Davenport Road produced another verbal-disturbance call at 8:49 p.m.

EL DORADO HILLS

El Dorado Hills kept deputies busy.

A suspicious subject was reported at the El Dorado Hills Post Office shortly after 5 a.m.

Later came a loitering-subject call at Town Center Boulevard and Post Street. The subject was gone when officers arrived.

El Dorado Village Apartments generated a suspicious-circumstances call.

A grand-theft report followed on Glen Ridge Way.

Officers also handled a loitering-subject call at Bella Terra Park, a trespassing call near Mossridge Way and Powers Drive, and a verbal disturbance at Viscuso’s Restaurant on Francisco Drive.

A suspicious-circumstances call on Riviera Circle was handled at 9:23 p.m.

CAMERON PARK

Cameron Park produced the day’s only two arrests.

The first came during the 10:42 a.m. suspicious-vehicle stop at Country Club Drive and Bass Lake Road.

The second came at 12:53 p.m. during a domestic-violence call at Highland Apartments.

Other Cameron Park calls included a civil incident on Cambridge Road, suspicious circumstances at Shingle Terrace Apartments, a suspicious subject near Country Club Drive and Bass Lake Road, a verbal disturbance at Sierra Oaks Apartments, a court-order violation at Ponte Palmero, another suspicious subject near Palmer Drive and Loma Drive, and suspicious circumstances on Garden Circle.

SHINGLE SPRINGS

Shingle Springs saw identity theft, trespassing and suspicious-circumstances calls.

The identity-theft report on Shadow Hawk Drive was taken at 9:21 a.m.

Officers later handled a suspicious-circumstances call at Shingle Terrace Apartments on Market Court.

A trespassing complaint came from Stanphyl Lane.

Center Oak Road generated another suspicious-circumstances report.

Ponderosa High School appeared twice in the log for harassment complaints. One was assisted. The later call resulted in officers being unable to contact the involved party.

POLLOCK PINES

At Pinewood School on Pine Street, deputies assisted with a suspicious-circumstances report.

Sandflat Campground on U.S. 50 generated a trespassing call at 10:48 a.m., followed by a verbal disturbance call at 11:11 a.m.

Civil matters also surfaced on Pony Express Trail and Pony Bob Road.

CAMINO

Camino had its share of trouble.

A suspicious-circumstances report on Iris Lane was assisted.

Rainbow Orchards on Larsen Drive generated a vandalism call. Officers were unable to contact anyone involved.

GEORGETOWN

Harassment was reported on Fox Run Road.

Later, State Highway 193 generated two suspicious-circumstances calls. One ended with officers unable to make contact. The other checked clear.

EL DORADO

Crystal Boulevard generated both a domestic-violence report and, later, a suspicious-circumstances call.

The domestic-violence report was taken at 1:14 p.m.

The evening suspicious-circumstances call ended with officers unable to contact anyone.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE

A civil incident on Fawn Way resulted in service.

At 8:45 p.m., officers assisted with a drunk-in-public call at The Grove on Jameson Beach Road.

A suspicious-vehicle report at the Raley’s South Y on U.S. 50 later checked clear.

ELSEWHERE ON THE BEAT

Lotus saw a verbal disturbance at Henningsons Park.

Rescue had a trespassing complaint on Sierra Vista Road.

Somerset generated a repossession report on Tawanka Road.
